• গরান (Ceriops decandra)
• খলিশা (Aegiceras corniculatum)
• গোলপাতা (Nypa fruticans)
এই উদ্ভিদগুলোর ফুলে যে মধুরস থাকে তা লবণাক্ত, ঘন এবং স্বাভাবিকভাবেই কিছুটা তিক্ত। ফলে মৌমাছিরা এ ফুল থেকে যে মধু সংগ্রহ করে, তা হয়ে ওঠে ঘন, গাঢ় রঙের এবং প্রাকৃতিকভাবে তিক্ত মধু।
